You are a Diamond

Updated: Mar 14, 2021

Diamonds were formed billions of years ago and are extremely rare because so few are able to survive the difficult journey from the pits of the earth to reach the earth's surface. From the diamonds that are being mined today, only about 50 percent are thought to be high enough quality to be sold on the diamond market.

Definition of diamond. (Entry 1 of 4) 1a : native crystalline carbon that is the hardest known mineral, that is usually nearly colorless, that when transparent and free from flaws is highly valued as a precious stone, and that is used industrially especially as an abrasive also : a piece of this substance.

How the diamond is formed?

Diamonds were formed over 3 billion years ago deep within the Earth's crust under conditions of intense heat and pressure that cause carbon atoms to crystallize forming diamonds. Diamonds are found at a depth of approx. 150-200km below the surface of the Earth.

Diamonds don’t melt. They burn. God is looking for his sons and daughters to burn for him.

You will not melt in the fire. He purifies you to withstand all pressures of life for what is to come. You are a warrior. You are precious to Him. You are adorned with sweet jewels that comes from Him. You are His aroma. His fragrance and love. He hopes for you to feel the same way for Him.

Even as the outside things burn away, His spirit in you never will. Just as dead things pass away, so you will also. But not your spirit. Remember that the things of this world will pass away. Your worries and your cares, but Him? He will ALWAYS be with you. That is what should give you the most joy. The fact that you are worthy in Him. You are loved by Him. You are made perfect in Him. Look to Him always. He will give you the desires of your heart. As you look to Him, you will realize that your only desire has been Him all along. Let go. Forget. Let go. Let Him mature you and deepen you in Him. He is grafting you in deeper with Him. Let go. Let go and let Him.

Psalm 37:4

Take delight in the Lord, and he will give you the desires of your heart.
